Vaimõisa park complex has been developed during the centuries according to the prevalent styles of parg design and financial possibilities of current owners. The park appearance today’s is mostly influenced by eclectic style from the middle of the 19th century.
Front square of the manor house is the prolongation of long entrance walk starting from Tallinn-Pärnu road. It was probably introduced in the middle of the 18th century for the old wooden main building with typical mowed lawn and bushes. Later the circular road (rotary) was surrounded by granite stakes. On the edge, there is one of the oldest lindens of the whole park with perimeter of 277 cm.
Back square of the main building was designed in the middle of the 18th century as an economic area, where different buildings like stables, guest house and barn were supposed to be built around the circular road. An oak in the middle of the rotary has preserved until today (with a perimeter of 366 cm) and also buildings were erected according to plan. Todays freestyle image is influenced by a S – pond from the middle of 19th century and changes in initial baroque planning of pathways. Access to back square was through high metal gates which are now destroyed.
Manor herbal garden,
English freestyle park was designed and developed in the middle of the 19th century to the east of manor house. More important elements of the park composition are S – figured pond, three park meadows, group of oak trees and linden alley in the eastern border of the park, which leads to the so-calles Temple of Four Winds.
In that area the oldest linden with the perimeter of 330 cm, also old firs (with perimeters 195 and 219 cm), maples (perimeter 288 cm) and ash-trees (perimeter 216 cm) still grow.

In the norther corner there was the vegetable garden, which still is surrounded by a lime brick wall from the end of the 19th century. Subtropical conservatory and gardener’s cottage were also constructed at the same time. In this part of historical gardens several oak-trees have preserved (with perimeter of 255cm), also lindens, ash-trees, maples and thujas from that period.
